Requirement: 1-3 years of experience as a front desk, admin or receptionist. Proficient in Microsoft programs Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Job SummarySummary: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the operation. The Coordinator will interact closely with all clients and associates to ensure seamless coordination of any operational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities.Monitors, controls, and supports business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.Liaises between customer, associates, and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.Coordinates and manages project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.Builds and maintains strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.Identifies problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.Follows standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.Performs other duties as assigned.
