Position Summary

Terminal Operator I's duties are performed under supervision. This position is responsible for cleaning and organizing external areas of the plant. The Terminal Operator I will assist in areas of Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality.

Position Responsibilities

1. Must be able to follow instructions, including standard manufacturing procedures and processes.
2. Works within the area to support Terminal goals as needed.
3. Crushing/Cubing of used oil filters.
4. Participate in continuous EHS improvement and other related activities assigned.
5. Cleans worksite of debris, power wash concrete.
6. Organizes pallets, totes, drums, etc. into straight and organized rows.
7. Assist in spill containment water drainage and debris cleanup.
8. Remove sediment from drainage ditches.
9. Collect and properly dispose of contained materials.
10. General mechanical duties will occasionally be required.
11. Assisting trash movement from plant to compactors and roll-off dumpsters.
12. Drainage of tank farm containment areas.
13. Operation of Vac-Truck within the confines of the property to clean up spilled products.
14. Immediate response to spills/releases onsite, and potentially offsite in an emergency.
15. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
