Position Title: Project Manager

Position Location: Fully remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing projects for a high-performing team, scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing resource allocations, validating required evidence and documentation, reviewing financials, collaborating with business associates to deliver solutions

Must-Have Technical Skills:

-Microsoft Office specifically Excel,

-Tableau,

-Agile

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

-Clarizen

-SharePoint

Soft Skills:

Ability to collaborate and network across teams, drive items to completion, take initiative, be self-motivated, have that follow-up mentality, ability to speak to the data to an executive audience, good communication both written and verbal

Education required:

Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

Years of experience:

Level 2 4-6

Role Differentiator:

Strong, caring, and understanding leadership, good network team of peers, good rapport

Interview Process:

-2-step ITV process

-1st round with HM

-2nd HM manager and a peer of the managers
