Hybrid Remote Flexibility 401K PTO Medical Dental Vision Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings. 2. Managing e-files and maintaining comprehensive and organized legal files. 3. Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. 4. Conducting legal research and investigative work to support ongoing cases. 5. Handling correspondence with clients, witnesses, and court officials. 6. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, interviews, depositions, and other case-related appointments. 7. Assisting with insurance defense matters, including claims handling and litigation management. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in the construction industry. 2. Proficiency in e-filing and managing electronic legal documents. 3. Extensive experience in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence. 4. Solid understanding and experience in insurance defense. 5. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Strong research skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 7.
