LoanAdministration Processor

PositionSummary:

This position reports to theLoan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing loan papers toensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to completetransactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for commercial andreal estate loans.

EssentialFunctions:

• Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application.
• Prepare loan documents within Laser Pro.
• Board loans into the core system.
• Prepare loan file to be scanned.
• Works on correcting exceptions found in loan files.
• Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the essential functions of the position.
• Conduct UCC searches and file UCC Statements.
• Responsible for HMDA and HOEPA.
• Type and book letters of credit.
• Title work for DMV.
• Orders title work from attorney's office or title companies.
• Request flood certificates.
• May have the authority to sign official checks.
• All other duties assigned.

Experienceand Education:

Associate's Degree (or other2-year degree) and/ or equivalent loan administration experience. Three yearsof experience in consumer and commercial loan processing preferred. Experience in Laser-Pro preferred.
