Job Details

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to:

1. Develop sales with existing and new customers (Net revenue growth).
2. Coordinate the selling of NEW products & packages.
3. Support the Distributor's management team & front-line in the development of channel and account specific initiatives to improve retail execution and achieve AOP objectives within the marketplace.
4. Develop sales/merchandising activities aimed at boosting our business among current and prospective customers.
5. Coordinate centralized account management execution and transfer “Best Practice Tools/Capabilities” to grow net revenue by understanding and meeting customer's needs.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years developing Sales & Marketing of new products within the Soda, Juice or Beverage Industry.
2. Work with Distributor to develop sales forecast.
