A dynamic leader, one who will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our dealership's operations and sales processes, driving growth, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a positive work environment and nurturing a strong team culture. This critical position involves developing and executing impactful strategies, inspiring and motivating your team, and implementing best-in-class processes that consistently exceed customer expectations. The General Manager collaborates with all departments, aligning operational and sales objectives, significantly contributing to our business's overall success. This role demands outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies that will set us apart in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage retail display.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and Train dealership staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Implement customer feedback systems to continuously improve service levels.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of required reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on strategies to promote the dealership and its offerings.
- Plan and organize events, promotions, and community activities to increase visibility and sales as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven successful experience in dealership management in the RV industry for 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer acumen with Microsoft programs, CRMs, and Social Media Platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or training in dealership management or automotive sales are a plus.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Highly ambitious and looking to grow team members within a fast-paced environment.
- High level of commitment and desire to be successful and win at all levels of operations.
