Managing Director-Regional Wealth Manager

Summary: We seek an outstanding Wealth Leader to lead our team of Financial Advisors within a defined market. Responsibilities include setting market strategy, supervising teams, achieving sales and profitability goals, ensuring compliance, and leading recruiting efforts. This leadership role reports to the President of First Horizon Advisors and influences the company's vision and strategy.

Essential Duties:

• Drive market growth and meet revenue and profit targets.
• Communicate the firm's value proposition and advice-based services.
• Oversee Financial Advisors' management.
• Maintain high compliance standards.
• Travel extensively.
• Engage in community activities to foster business development.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Series 24, 7, and either 66 or 63/65, plus Life & Health licenses; additional certifications encouraged.
• Strong understanding of market trends, investment solutions, and firm products/services.
• Excellent communication skills.
