About this Job DOTD Administration. Section 28 - Environmental 28/ EIS 123/50310180/06.25.25-MV - This position evaluates the Departments Construction and Maintenance Programs and administers the Departments environmental programs to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations. This position serves as a District Environmental Specialist and primarily travels within a defined region (designated as Wastewater Host District 62) and conducts inspections, sampling, testing, data acquisition and provide corrective actions for the statewide Wastewater and Stormwater Programs. Travel requires the incumbent to possess a valid drivers license.
