Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of English and World Languages invites applications for the position of Instructor. Duties include teaching courses in composition, introductory literature, and other courses as assigned; plus professional development and service activities for the department and university. Duties may include teaching composition in a remote-learning dual enrollment program with high schools, involving occasional travel to schools.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in English; or in a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in English by hire dateExperience in teaching writing at the college/university levelValid Louisiana Driver's License and the ability to successfully complete the Southeastern Driver Safety CourseREQUIRED DOCUMENTSCover LetterResume/VitaCopies of Transcripts (Only an unofficial transcript for the Highest degree is required at application Official transcripts for all degrees will be required upon employment)
