Job Details

The Scheduler greets patients via phone and in person to schedule procedures. Schedules patients for inpatient and outpatient procedures and pre-op appointments. Captures data and collects accurate patient information. Provide accurate information regarding scheduled procedures to patients and/or physicians. Consistently review the daily and future schedules to ensure accuracy and prevent a delay in service to our patients. Assists patients, visitors and physicians in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Perform any miscellaneous duties related to scheduling as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma with health care experience, required. Must possess good communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Should possess knowledge of medical terminology. Strong computer skills are required. Possess excellent customer service skills.
