Job Details

The Student Center Moderator is responsible for the daily oversight of the Archbishop Hannan High School Student Center. The Student Center functions as a hub for student activity on campus - a place in which students may collaborate with one another, study, and congregate during allowed times. The Moderator works to provide a positive experience for the students, faculty, and staff through ongoing support.

The Student Center Moderator is a ten month role (normally scheduled late July through May).

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees daily operations of Student Center;
2. Serves as a substitute for Unstructured period as needed;
3. Collaborates with photography vendor to prepare access badges for employees and students for the beginning of the school year;
4. Produces student and employee replacement ID badges;
5. Assists students with printing needs for required school work;
6. Moderates make up tests during unstructured periods;
7. Manages textbook / book inventory in school inventory system;
8. Provides students with textbooks as needed;
9. Maintains teacher absence file and arranges substitutions;

Performs other duties as assigned by the Head(s) of School or Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year College or University

4+ years in an educational setting
