Staffmark is seeking an experienced Machine Filler Operator to join a fast-paced production team. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM Responsibilities: Operate and monitor filling equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production Check fill levels, packaging integrity, and product consistency Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed Record production data and complete quality control logs Assist with line changeovers and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine filler or equipment operator Mechanical aptitude and experience with automated or semi-automated machines Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong time management, problem-solving, and a...Filler, Filler Operator, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Staffing
