The Lead Commercial Client Administrator provides complex administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers and serves as a mentor for junior administrators. This role emphasizes independent problem-solving and the ability to manage tasks with significant financial exposure to the bank. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value or complex commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues independently. Expertly prepare, review, and coordinate loan documentation, using platforms such as n. Cino and Salesforce. Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers, Lending Services, and other bank areas to ensure seamless workflows and accurate documentation. Monitor account activity, proactively identifying and addressing risks or discrepancies.
