Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other applications
• Collect stakeholder requirements and design/implement solutions, coordinating with developers for complex needs
• Train and provide guidance on system usage to end users across the company
• Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations and migrations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and user experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Professional certifications in Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under limited supervision
• Experience in making process improvements and influencing operational practices
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite administration
• Previous involvement in application-related projects, including migrations and integrations
• Familiarity with system performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques
