Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Client Success Manager

Salary Range: $1,000 - $2,000 USD per month

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and sales-driven professional to join our team as an SDR / Client Success Manager. This hybrid role combines client outreach, CRM management, and relationship building - focused on converting qualified leads into in-person consultations.
The ideal candidate thrives on creating connections, managing sales pipelines, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Comfort or prior experience selling medium to high-ticket services is a strong advantage.
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness will help you excel in connecting with our clients and aligning them with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Conversion: Conduct all scheduled initial phone calls with potential clients with the goal of converting them into in-office visits or consultations.
  • Client Outreach: Perform proactive reach-outs and check-ins with past and current clients to nurture relationships and encourage re-engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and organize client information, manage pipeline stages, and ensure timely follow-ups using GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to respond to new leads promptly and optimize lead flow from campaigns.
  • Client Success Coordination: Liaise with clinical and marketing departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor conversion metrics and report weekly updates on lead status and pipeline activity.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and convert leads through consultative selling.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Passion or background in health, fitness, or wellness is a strong plus.
Ideal Background
  • 2+ years' experience in sales, client success, or customer relationship management.
  • Experience with service-based sales (health, coaching, aesthetics, wellness, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding lead conversion and sales goals.
Primary Goal
Book qualified discovery calls and in-person consultations through effective outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management.

Secondary Focus
Maintain CRM hygiene, ensure consistent communication with clients, and support business growth through proactive relationship management.
