Join to apply for the DIRECTOR OF BRAND STRATEGY role at MedCentris.

The Director of Brand Strategy leads marketing efforts through the design and implementation of campaigns across media and non-media outlets to promote MedCentris. The Director reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Admin Operations and works closely with all Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Define, articulate, and evolve the companys brand vision, mission, values, and positioning in the marketplace.
  • Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and customer loyalty.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships, and market presence.
  • Establish KPIs to measure brand performance, awareness, equity, and perception.
  • Research competition, benchmark against standards, and provide suggestions for improvement by analyzing the competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategies including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Collaborate with the executive and business development teams to provide tools, materials, and presentations to meet commercial objectives.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
  • Oversee all the companys social media accounts, create and manage online content, track SEO and Google Analytics data, and report analyses.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external constituencies on marketing activities and represent MedCentris in local, regional, and national program activities.
  • Determine essential projects and allocate resources based on priority.
  • Create, produce, and deliver promotional, educational, and informational presentations and materials.
  • Participate in problem resolution; coordinate with IT to report and resolve hardware or software issues.
  • Promote teamwork and customer relations through prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, benchmarking, and participating in professional societies.
  • May supervise and/or lead staff and/or student employees, as assigned.
  • Manage outsourced marketing and recruitment-related vendor contracts and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Dedication to internal and external customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to exceed customer expectations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of standard MS Office, graphics, publishing, and design tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexible work schedule capability.
