Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background check and drug test required
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Ability to perform basic business math
• Capability to stock shelves and coolers
• Experience in overseeing and directing subordinate employees
• Physical ability to clean floors, dust shelves, and manage waste disposal
• Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for most of the shift
