Core Consultant Responsibilities

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• L&D Experience: Minimum 3+ years in corporate training, executive coaching, education, or an L&D-focused role.
• Instructional Excellence: Exceptional ability to articulate complex learning concepts and lead virtual coaching sessions with clarity and influence.
• High Autonomy: Proven capacity to manage an independent training schedule, drive results, and thrive in a remote environment.
• Growth Mindset: A personal, demonstrable passion for continuous learning and embracing new personal development frameworks.
