Core Responsibilities

  • Delivers consulting activities, through short to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Uses acquired job skills and company policies to complete assignments.
  • Technical responsibilities include premier configuration and workflow expertise, clinical operations translation as it relates to current and future state, and acting as leader for the clinical implementation team.
  • Subject expert in evaluating clinical and business processes, providing process changes, documentation, problem identification, hardware/software specification and/or design, change management, data configuration, testing of interface deployment, identifying client training needs and solution deployment.
  • Consulting activities include interaction with company and client managers, ensuring congruency from consulting through training and implementation.
  • Performance is typically evaluated based on contractual milestones and deliverables.
  • This role is remote across the US with up to 60% travel requirements.

Minimum Required Skills And Knowledge
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, Physics, or Nursing.
  • Minimum of 57 years of clinical/technical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar job role.
  • Ability to facilitate and present information transfer both in person and remotely.
  • Product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Self?motivated team player.
  • Highly organized, multitask-orientated and able to work well in a constantly changing environment.
  • Passion for customer service and relationship building.
  • Ability to act as an internal advocate/translator for our partners and an external promoter for Varian.
  • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments.
  • Strong multi?mode communication skills, communicating with all levels in both organizations.
  • Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between both organizations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record of collaboration and consensus building.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Base Pay Range

Min?$107,060 Max?$160,600

Vendor Credentialing Requirements

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform essential functions. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Requirements include valid identification (photo, drivers license, SSN), criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations (COVID?19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus), annual TB testing and healthcare training.
