About The Role

Account Managers, Paid Search are responsible for driving KPI improvements and supporting paid search strategies tailored to client goals. Core responsibilities include tactical execution, strategic support, and management of client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and ecommerce clients.

    • Assignments will mix leading small?spending clients and supporting medium to enterprise clients.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in client KPIs.
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, campaign types, and positioning to drive results aligned with client goals.
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients, obtaining buy?in from decision?makers.
    • Create visually engaging slides that tell a compelling story.

  • Support the development of short? and long?term paid search strategy based on client?specific goals.
  • Assist in creating quarterly business reviews and other client?facing presentations outlining performance, testing insights, and key strategic opportunities.
  • Receive tasks from senior team members, manage time effectively, and communicate bandwidth clearly.
  • Stay current on SEM industry trends and contribute to internal agency conversations (monthly meetings, training, case studies, etc.).


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct paid search client management, including strategy development, execution, and client relationship management.
  • Passion for data analysis and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Performance Max experience is required.
  • Hands?on product feed management and shopping experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attributes of being driven and innovative are essential.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and supportive of team members.
  • 4?year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range: $58,000$69,000 USD
