Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Controls Technician to join our team. This role involves wiring and assembling industrial control boxes, installing temperature controllers, and working with electrical components that support industrial ovens and other systems. The ideal candidate has a background in assembly/fabrication, is eager to learn, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wire and assemble control boxes and industrial control panels (508A).
• Install and configure temperature controllers, high limit controls, solid state relays, and contactors.
• Apply knowledge of basic electrical fundamentals to ensure proper wiring and operation.
• Follow 508A, MTR, and UL standards for quality and compliance.
• Perform assembly and fabrication tasks, supporting cross-functional work as needed.
• Troubleshoot and test electrical systems to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional tasks as required.

• Hands-on experience with control wiring, panel assembly, or related electrical work.
• Familiarity with 508A industrial control panel standards (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Assembly/fabrication background with strong multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Experience working with industrial ovens or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of UL standards and compliance practices.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to support broader manufacturing tasks.
