Job Type: Full Time with weekends as needed
Pay: 25.00 hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a dozer and excavator and will take responsibility for the care and basic maintenance of their equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and excavators safely and efficiently on various job sites
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance (fueling, greasing, checking fluids, etc.)
• Follow site plans, grades, and instructions to ensure work meets project specifications
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to maintain productivity and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating dozers and excavators
• Strong understanding of construction and earthmoving procedures
• Ability to read and follow site plans and grade stakes ()
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
