The Director of Finance Operations will oversee several key services within the Entergy Shared Services (ESS) organization within Technology and Business Services (TBS). He/she will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and providing governance and oversight over four key business processes: Accounts Payable, Financial Operation Programs (Travel, Expense, Credit Cards and Supplemental Labor), Payroll, Cash Operations and Shareholder Services. He/she will be responsible for the delivery of these critical services to the business and for the related financial/operational controls, compliance, and system policy governance. He/she will establish service levels, set targets aligned with best-in-class performance, drive automation and continuous improvement and will manage and develop Finance Operations people and capabilities.
