Responsibilities

• Conduct daily production work related to the processing of bookings with high quality and accuracy
• Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of bookings using the reservation system
• Provide exceptional guest service through all lines of communication in a professional manner
• Act as the primary contact for all service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter with excellent task management skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations is preferred but not required
• Ability to present information in a positive and convincing manner
• Familiarity with troubleshooting related to booking systems
