IPSC is currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy individuals to join our elite team at the 24/7 Corporate Communications Center which is open 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

The Schedule

32 hours per week, with flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. The shifts can range from 8-12 hours.

The Pay

Starts at $13.00/hr., paid weekly.

The Responsibilities

As a Telecommunicator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and response. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining punctuality and adhering to assigned shifts consistently.
• Demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Communicating with others over the phone concisely and effectively.
• Promptly handling inbound calls including transferring them efficiently and maintaining meticulous message records.
• Monitoring alarm signals vigilantly and promptly notifying the relevant authorities when necessary.
• Dispatching calls with precision, managing absentee notifications, and handling call-offs alongside related clerical duties.
• Following directions and keeping up with changes in procedures.
• Exemplifying professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
