United Trades of America is seeking a Commercial Construction Supervisor in Hammond, LA. In this role, you will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for managing resources, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial resources are allocated properly to stay within budget.
• Resource Allocation: Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project phase, and ensure they are available when needed.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure they are maintained and available as needed throughout the project.
• Supply Coordination: Ensure that all supplies and equipment are ordered, delivered, and stored according to schedule, avoiding any delays in the construction process.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and upper management, keeping everyone informed about project milestones and any potential issues.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies, conducting regular inspections to maintain standards.
