Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess opportunities for AI-driven insights or automation
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user acceptance testing scenarios for AI/ML projects
• Work with data science and IT teams to ensure data is properly gathered and prepared for model development
• Validate and monitor AI model performance, ensuring alignment with business KPIs
• Support user adoption of AI solutions by developing dashboards and providing training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably on AI/ML or data-analytics projects
• Healthcare/PBM experience required
• Strong technical affinity with familiarity in data manipulation (SQL, Python/R)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI governance, ethics, and deployment lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and lead change in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
