Job Details

Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and hotel standards
* Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
* Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
* Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets
* Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items
* Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures
* Assist with laundry if needed
* Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and team members
Hotel Specific Primary Tasks
* Responsible for knowing hotel brand standards for guest room preparation.
Requirements
* Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
* Must be available to work weekends and holidays
* Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Reliable transportation required
* Bilingual preferred but not required
