As a passionate logistics leader, you will ensure seamless operations in the warehouse, focusing on order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. Your role is crucial in delivering outstanding solutions to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational and personnel activities, ensuring the facility operates safely, cleanly, and efficiently.
  • Effectively hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff, collaborating with the HR team as needed.
  • Manage work schedules and assign duties to maintain operational flow.
  • Monitor and approve time and attendance promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance needs and ensure efficient equipment utilization.
  • Implement and uphold the 7S Workplace Organization standard while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to manage appropriate stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with contract metrics.
  • Uphold high standards of operational efficiency.
  • Implement quality management procedures across functional groups.
  • Focus on meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards based on company and customer requirements.

Qualifications for Success:
Minimum requirements include:

  • Five years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or distribution sectors.
  • Five years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanners.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including planned and unplanned overtime, potentially on weekends.

Preferable qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO certified environment.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Working knowledge of financial accounting including P&L management and HR practices.
