Position Summary

The ATM-ITM Specialist is responsible for operating and servicing the company's network of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily accounts settlement of the company's ATM/ITM system.
  2. Ensure the proper installation, servicing, and maintenance of the ATM network; provide technical support to service and maintenance staff.
  3. Prepare periodic reports for senior management regarding the utilization and performance of the ATM/ITM network.
  4. Analyze the need for expansion of the ATM network; make recommendations to EFT Services Manager.
  5. Keep informed of the latest developments in ATM networks and systems.
  6. Maintain and responsible for the Start Card / Instant Issue Debit Card Program.
  7. Perform ATM and ITM balancing.
  8. Monitor, review, and correct ITM discrepancies or errors.
  9. Provide support to branches and other associates as it pertains to ATMs and ITMs.
  10. Assist with testing for new units installed.
  11. Consolidate and verify Debit Card Applications received.
  12. Utilize the Reg E Dispute Software, responsible for processing all Debit Card Disputes.
  13. Review various reports to identify potential fraud on debit cards and take appropriate steps to mitigate fraud losses.
  14. Work compromised Debit Card Alerts.
  15. Perform end of day ATM/ITM Posting File upload to core processor.
  16. Adhere to the BSA Policy and all other Bank Policies.
  17. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • ATM/ITM Operational experience preferred.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Micro Soft solutions (excel and word) required.
  • Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Regulation E and ability to adhere to requirements.
