Maintenance Technician (Certified or Non-Certified)
Location: Covington, LA
Pay: $20-$21/hr (based on experience) | Contract Assignment
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
* Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (if certified)
* Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
* Handle appliance repairs and preventative maintenance
* Maintain property grounds and common areas
Qualifications
* Own tools required
* Certified or non-certified maintenance experience
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
* Previous multifamily property experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
