Labor & Employment Attorney - 100% Remote in California

Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.
• Manage cases from inception through trial.
• Advocate for workers who are victims of unfair employment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience litigating cases from inception to trial.
• Familiarity with California employment law is preferred.
• Admission to practice law in California.
• Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people.
• Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma.
• Strong writing ability.
