Our client in Covington is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech for their team!

Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Covington, LA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hourly Rate: $20

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Complete work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
