Residential Property Accountant - Up to $95k/yr

- Complete month-end closings, prepare lender/investor reports, and support annual audits
- Monitor property cash flow, process transfers/distributions, and maintain financial accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of residential property (multi-family) accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Yardi software
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time (with potential for one remote day per week after training)
