Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Pay: $15-$20/hour | Full-Time

Job Summary:
Responsible for daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring products are staged, loaded, dispatched, and received efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and prepare products for shipment after Quality Control approval
• Load and unload trucks using dispatch pick tickets
• Dispatch trucks and coordinate deliveries
• Receive materials from vendors
• Maintain product cleanliness and quality
• Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries
• Assist with post-production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read production/CAD drawings
• Experience using common construction hand tools
• Good customer communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Climbing one flight of stairs regularly
• Approximately 40% of work performed outdoors
