Hammond, LA
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday-Friday

What You'll Bring :
- High school diploma or GED in hand; training and certs make you stronger
- 2+ years running warehouse crews is a big plus
- Know warehouse systems, WMS, and basic computer skills
- Lead with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Stay tough - on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping pace
- Direct daily warehouse flow from the dock to delivery
- Cover shifts and keep schedules running smoothly
- Track inventory, shipments, and orders with accuracy
- Lead by example - coach the team and enforce safety
