We are looking for talented hard-working individuals to join our growing team your professional home awaits you at Wayfair!/ph3Shift/h3p4 hour shifts available/ppWork up to 28 hours per week/ph3Wayfair Benefits/h3p$1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am/ppWeekly Pay (Fridays)/ppReferral bonus/ppWayfair company discount/ppDozens of discounts and perks with partners!/ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliUnload and receive inbound furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods./liliMust be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift./liliUse scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location of material./liliProactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues./liliPerform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate and up to date./liliPick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number./liliProvide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience./liliBe a vocal contributor on the team./liliWork effectively with peers and managers./liliIdentify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and asks clarifying questions when appropriate./liliAble to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you./liliBe cross trained in other departments and required to perform additional responsibilities as assigned/li/ulh3What Youll Need/h3ulliMust be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift./liliMust be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more./liliStrong, consistent work ethic./liliComfort with scanning technology./liliExperience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus./liliExperience working in High Jump is a plus./liliAble to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you./li/ul/div
