Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:

• Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more.
• Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
• Drive sales and produce results
• Desk deals
• Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock
• Appraise and buy cars
• Purchase used cars
• Manage certified pre-owned program
• Work with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning
• Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles
• Order new vehicles
• Monitor contracts in transit lists

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:

• High energy, strong leadership, auto sales management and subprime experience, and good closing skills. Fast talking, money, and ego driven.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
• Enthusiastic team builder
• Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
• A strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
