Currently, we have an IT Project Manager (Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Integrations) opportunity with a trusted leader in the title and escrow industry, known for its stability, innovative solutions, and commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is: Hybrid - In-office 2-3 days per week in Houston, TX.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Organizing, tracking, and reporting on all aspects of enterprise integrations.
• Developing detailed project plans, including dependencies, sequencing, and critical paths across teams and system.
• Driving cross-functional coordination across business units, IT domains, and third-party vendor.
• Managing risks and dependencies, identifying issues early, and executing mitigation strategies.
• Overseeing go-live readiness and launch to production of integrations.
• Providing clear and consistent status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies, governance standards, change management processes, and enterprise technology standards.
• Supporting change management and adoption, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.
• Partnering with business and technical teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management managing large-scale technology projects with multiple integration endpoints.
• Proven experience managing enterprise integrations.
• Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies.

Pay Rate Range: $67.57 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
