In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct comprehensive market research, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will be key in negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes in the Otter Tail County area
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
