Location: Remote (U.S.-based, NYC or South Florida preferred)

Reports to: Director of Growth Marketing

Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a creative, culture-savvy Social Media Manager who knows how to build an

audience, tell a great story, and create content that truly connects - not just fills a calendar.

You'll lead our content strategy across all organic channels Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, &

Facebook while also collaborating with the paid media team to bring top-performing content

ideas and angles into ad creative for paid channels. If you always know the trending audio

before it's trending and live for content that makes people hit save, share, or screenshot - this

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Organic Social Management:
• Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to develop creative

strategies & a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Own the organic social strategy & lead our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok,

Pinterest, Facebook & emerging platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team or independently create engaging high quality

original videos & photos that resonates with our audience and stays on-brand.
• Build community by responding to comments, DMs, and making the brand feel human

Paid Media Support
• Collaborate closely with the growth team to brainstorm and develop engaging hooks,

messaging angles, and creative ad concepts that are conversion-focused, on-brand &

and tailored to the platform nuances
• Translate learnings from organic content and top-performing posts into actionable

insights that inform paid media strategy
• Help source and vet creators who can produce compelling UGC for paid & support the

briefing process - ensuring creators are aligned with campaign goals, brand tone, and

deliverable expectations
• Manage creator communications, including outreach, negotiations, timelines, and asset

delivery

Strategy & Reporting
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of future

campaigns.
• Identify and define key KPIs for each social platform (engagement, reach, saves, shares,

CTR, follower growth, etc.) and use them to inform ongoing strategy and ensure content

is tracking towards those KPIs
• Analyze content performance weekly and monthly to identify trends, optimize future

content, and inform creative direction
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains

fresh, competitive, and exciting.

Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years experience managing social media for a brand with a proven track record of

growing engagement & reach (bonus if it's DTC, eCom, or CPG)
• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms, schedules, and campaigns while

maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Deeply fluent in TikTok, Reels, and Instagram culture
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or

third-party social analytics tools) to track performance and inform strategies.
• Strong copywriter - you can craft hooks, captions, and CTAs that stop the scroll
• Comfortable being on camera and showing up in content
• Full of ideas and excited to try new things (you bring the creativity - we'll bring the

cheese)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• A few viral TikToks or high-performing Reels in your portfolio
• Experience writing for paid ads or creator scripting
• A passion for cheese, food styling, or premium gifting
• Experience managing paid ads
