Join RaceTrac as an Overnight Shift Supervisor and lead your team to success! You will be instrumental in enhancing store operations, driving team performance, and nurturing future leaders during your shifts.

Compensation: $39,600 - $42,600 annually (including overtime and shift differentials)

Shift Schedule:

Overnight: Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Lead and Motivate Your Team

• Uphold an upbeat and can-do attitude to inspire your team
• Provide guidance by assisting with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members during shifts, offering real-time feedback and support
• Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

Drive Operational Excellence

• Train your team to meet RaceTrac's high standards for guest service, food safety, and cleanliness
• Oversee inventory management, vendor check-ins, and promotional updates
• Manage essential store processes including cash management and compliance documentation
• Facilitate effective communication during shift changes and ensure team alignment

Communicate and Foster Accountability

• Effectively communicate critical updates from leaders to team members
• Monitor task completion and provide timely feedback to boost results
• Encourage a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership during busy periods or challenges

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or food service (preferred)
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Able to thrive in high-volume, guest-focused settings
• Strong ability to follow through on assigned tasks and coach others
• Excellent communication and team-building skills

• High School Diploma or GED (completed or in progress)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks without frequent breaks
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (e.g., food handlers and alcohol servers)
