We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our daily restaurant operations and lead our team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring our operational standards are met, so every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service quickly and efficiently while providing guidance to the team.
• Conduct interviews for prospective team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment by overseeing housekeeping duties and ensuring completion by the team.
• Manage food preparation and service, following all brand and health regulations while coaching your team on best practices.
• Share vital information with team members and assist with training on new products.
• Facilitate the placement of promotional materials as needed.
• Oversee product quality and safety, ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
• Accurately monitor cash, sales, and inventory for your shifts and resolve discrepancies with your supervisor.
• In the absence of the RM, handle administrative duties such as paperwork, inventory counts, and cash handling.
• Ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests by adhering to safety codes and government regulations.
• Document incidents promptly, following our policy.
• Work closely with the RM to achieve financial and operational goals for a profitable restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Full-time commitment required; must be available during all operational hours, including pre-opening and post-closing shifts.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
