The main responsibilities include:

• Food Preparation: Ensure all food preparation methods, portioning, and presentation align with Lit Pizza standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations by preparing food precisely as requested.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and attractive environment in food lines, dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
• Food Safety: Monitor preparation, handling, and storage of food to adhere to safety regulations.
• Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Store Readiness: Prepare the restaurant daily by following opening, closing, and layover checklists.
• Restocking: Make sure all necessary items are stocked and ready for use.
• Order Management: Take phone orders and assist customers as needed.
• Transaction Processing: Handle transactions on the POS system competently.
• Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables regularly and manage trash disposal.
• Area Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and floors to uphold hygiene standards.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned according to the restaurant's needs.
• Physical Requirements: Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with sharp objects and hot equipment.
• Training: Complete and obtain certification from a state or local government approved alcohol server training program.
