Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Lowe's policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure merchandising resets are completed to specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedules, and needs (e.g., materials, supplies).
  • Analyze metrics and provide constructive feedback on project execution and service to leadership.
  • Engage with customers as opportunities arise, assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
  • Listen to inquiries and respond knowledgeably to customer and employee questions, offering guidance through the store as needed.
  • Show appreciation to customers, providing information on stock, special orders, warranties, and feature benefits.
  • In-stock Management: Implement merchandising standards by moving or replacing beams and grids, rotating stock, and constructing displays as per instructions.
  • Identify damaged products, removing them and completing necessary documentation.
  • Verify buyback items and ensure preparation for shipping.
  • Order replacements for damaged or missing signage and displays according to merchandising standards.
  • Ensure visibility and clarity of product pricing, resolving any issues with pricing labels.
  • Update wayfinding and product location signage to ensure accuracy throughout the store.
  • Stage clearance and damaged merchandise with store leadership for quick sale.
  • Sort products in bins and drawers to maintain organization.
  • Assist in merchandising plants to standards.
  • Store Cleanliness and Safety: Complete, document, and upload servicing details for merchandise resets and maintenance assignments.
  • Maintain safe displays and report any necessary repairs.
  • Conduct regular clean-up of trash and debris, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, such as burnt-out lights, promptly.
  • Adhere to safety requirements in daily activities, conducting safety reviews, and keeping work areas clear.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate store equipment as required, including Zebra phones and other necessary tools.
  • Maintain point-of-sale signage and audit pricing labels to ensure accuracy, following state-specific guidelines.
