As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining high operational standards. Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.

• Basic personal computer skills.

• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Successful candidates will pass background checks and drug tests.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Basic business math skills and strong analytical/decision-making abilities are necessary.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

• Able to stand, walk, and stoop for up to 80% of the shift.
