Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst - Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 6 months

Job Duties:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the Epic Team, and the O&M team.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct Quality Assurance/internal testing, communications, and training for GetHelp ESM epics.

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, including experience with ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, WSD, or GRC.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow configuration and development needs.
• Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum environments.
• Capability in developing training materials and providing training.

• Roadmaps, R&D findings, Epic and Sprint planning.
• Backlog grooming, user stories, and OCM documentation creation.
• Go-live activity checklist.
