REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of analytics or operational reporting experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience in healthcare, managed care industries and can follow established process.
  • Proficient in understanding Healthcare data model and navigate within the database
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL (MS SQL or Oracle SQL)
  • Demonstrated expertise drafting operational and executive-ready reports
  • Strong analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence methodologies
  • Experience with QA workflows and frameworks
  • Familiarity with data management tools and data modeling concepts
  • Experience in working with data in Salesforce CRM/ERP and other Healthcare applications.
  • Behavioral health, EAP, or population health analytics experience

Job Summary


The Health Intelligence Analyst - Senior owns the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of operational reporting, supporting healthcare programs and client contracts. This role serves as a senior reporting lead and client-facing partner, ensuring accurate, repeatable, and scalable production of contractual and operational deliverables.

The position requires understanding of healthcare data and operations and technical skills on reporting tools, independent ownership of reporting cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement. The analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, independently manages complex reporting cycles, and drives improvements in reporting workflows, quality controls, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting Ownership & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end operational reporting cycles from intake through delivery
  • Serve as primary reporting lead for assigned clients, programs, or initiatives
  • Ensure on-time production of contractual and operational reports
  • Design, produce, and maintain structured reporting deliverables (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF)
  • Monitor automated reporting processes and manage reporting calendars
Technical Execution & Data Integrity
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries supporting operational reporting
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare to understand database, joins, and data lineage
  • Validate data accuracy through structured QA processes
  • Troubleshoot report discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Apply healthcare operations knowledge to translate operational workflows into report logic
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the reporting point of contact for assigned stakeholders
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate into technical specifications
  • Explain reporting outputs , trends, and findings clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Draft executive-ready summaries and targeted operational reports
  • Manage and prioritize ad hoc reporting requests
Workflow Leadership & Improvement
  • Strengthen reporting workflows, templates, and quality standards
  • Improve documentation and repeatability of reporting processes
  • Identify automation and standardization opportunities
  • Reduce delivery risk and improve reporting reliability
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of junior analysts
Compliance & Governance
  • Perform quality checks on analytics queries, dashboards, and reports
  • Maintain organized reporting artifacts and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, including HIP nd data security requirements
