We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the company and its clients, providing high-level support for technical products and order management. You will work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's strategic growth.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities * Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on problem resolution.
- Process and modify customer orders, quotes, sample requests, and returns.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate logs within internal systems.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex inquiries from engineers and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize active listening to identify customer needs and suggest process improvements.
